Indian Beef Salad

Ingredients:
1 pound beef sirloin steak1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon honey1 clove garlic, minced1/4 teaspoon Curry powder1/8 teaspoon salt1 cup julienned Jicama1 cup julienned cucumber1/2 cup julienned red bell pepper2 bunches watercress, tough stems removed

| Instructions: |
| Trim excess fat from steak. Broil steak 4 inches from heat, 5-7 minutes per side for rare or until desired doneness. Slice steak across the grain into thin slices. In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, honey, garlic, Curry and salt. For each serving, arrange steak on a bed of watercress and place Jicama, cucumber and red bell pepper around the edges. Drizzle the dressing over all. |
